Dieting creates many unaccustomed sources of stress. What was once a routine decision or typical meal is now overshadowed by the goal of weight loss.
  • The scale is one pound higher than yesterday. Now what?

  • Prepare you with actionable strategies to adjust your nutrition and exercise to find balance between staying on plan and enjoying yourself at your best friend’s party
  • Educate you as to how to adjust your food intake when needing to train at a different time of day.

I grew up believing the myth that the more you worked out and the less you ate the skinnier you could be. I realized very soon that I wasn't fit or healthy and my relationship with nutrition wasn't good. Food was meant to be enjoyed and by understanding how food could benefit and fuel my body I learned to cultivate a love for nutrition.

I would love to help you learn how you can eat right, get fit, and find delight in eating for your body while reaching and attaining goals.

​I am Certified by Precision Nutrition and take delight in helping people find enjoyment in food. I am also a certified Spin Instructor and have actively taught spin for the past 5 years in 4 different studios throughout the Houston area.

I am married to my best friend and together we're raising our four children in Houston, Texas.
